Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Hoffman Estates

I recently moved out of town and still come into town frequently to visit family and friends. The establishment is extremely clean, respectful staff and always helpful if you need anything. The pool is clean and maintained and even at a temp you can handle..... In addition, I happened to be out of the room when they came back to clean, this is the note they left.... It's the little things that matter the most to me and will keep me coming back. Their breakfast is actually edible... Like you may want a little more... As it's pretty legit and the additional options than the standard breakfast available... Lastly, they don't tend to make the same thing today two days in a row... Again it's so much about the little things and they've definitely got a good team at this location.,. I mentioned this directly to the manager after my first stay.... However, my stay a couple days ago, was just as consistent and I appreciate them for providing comfort away from home.

We arrived planning to stay from Wed, 10/08/25, to Sat, 10/11/25. We had to extend our stay until Monday, 10/13/25. Dave and Anna were exceptional in accommodating us. They had another room ready for us that Saturday morning. We literally went from a room on the 2nd floor to a room on the 1st floor. And still had time for breakfast. They both deserve a raise or a promotion.

I have been staying at the Hampton for eight years, and the cleanliness of the rooms and quality of the service has never been this good. Dave at the desk is accommodating, professional and welcoming. The level of customer service feels like something you don’t see much post-pandemic and I’m glad to see it has found its way back to this Hilton property. I look forward to seeing what the awesome staff have in store for 2025.

Couldn't be happier with our stay. Room was very clean with a microwave and mini fridge, pool area was great with lots of towels+seating available, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend this location. Also, I can't remember the gentleman's name, but his customer service was amazing and he was a delight to speak with.

I arrived slightly earlier than my check-in time, but the staff managed to prepare a room after a short wait. They kept me informed while I waited in the lobby area. The process felt fair and transparent. Service standards seemed consistent.

Nestled into a manicured corporate campus sits Hilton's Hampton Inn & Suites. It's quiet, clean, and has all the basics of a hospitable getaway. The property is well-staffed and low-key. Free parking and free breakfast make for a welcome visit. It is family-friendly and dog-friendly and has a sizable pool and central atrium courtyard area. Our two-queen-bed room was a bit tight with two adults and two dogs. I would arrange a king room on a subsequent stay. The hotel has ADA rooms, an elevator, and a central lobby with coffee, juices, and fresh fruit. Overall, we had a lovely stay and hope to return again. Thank you to Chuck, Tammy, and Jose (and team) for welcoming us.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Hoffman Estates, Chicago, with my family for my graduation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the service we received. Jose, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for such a special occasion. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel celebrated and cared for throughout our stay. Having my family with me for this milestone was so important, and Jose’s hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Thank you to Jose and the entire Hampton Inn & Suites team for helping make my graduation trip one we will never forget.
